Correct use for pressing
Be sure to mount the pressfit straight to the arbor. All parts on the mounting press must be attached cleanly and correctly.
Use the correct plate. The arbour must fit on the plate without wobbling.
Oiling the arbor
If you use older arbors, one drop of machine oil at the arbor before mounting can help to reduce the mounting and dismounting forces.
Check the mounting
Check the correct mounting with dismounting.
Error prevention
Do not place the pressfit on the arbour and do not hold the pressfit with your hands while mounting it. The Pressfit may only be hold by the centering pin above.
